Wood products intended for food service are finished with a food-grade finish and should be cleaned with a damp cloth. To maintain the quality of the wood, avoid cleaning these products in the dishwasher, using detergent, or exposing them to excessive amounts of water. We suggest a periodic light sanding with 220 grit sandpaper and reapplication of 100% pure tung oil to keep your wood products in prime condition for years to come.
